Building Hairprose has taught me that growth rarely arrives with certainty. It comes in small decisions, quiet persistence, and unexpected reminders to keep going.

The profound drive to keep moving forward in the face of challenges helps when the world provided just enough support to fuel determination.

The need to heed, retract and throw in the towel feels final, and then, the random sign appears: an old coworker I consider a close friend wanders towards me outside of Marshalls on a day when the clouds loom grey; the previous owner of the salon I worked in last and whom I consider my most recent mentor is seated next to me at brunch on a random Sunday; the business man who embraces my entrepreneurial spirit with lots of laughs, passion in my project, and belief in my background, shares constant encouragement.

Those moments remind me that growth isn’t loud. It’s built through consistency, curiosity, and people who believe in you before you fully believe in yourself.

And of course, the most important support, that of my amazing clientele! Thank you.
